That is the title of a documentary airing on tv this Sunday night (May 8th) here on the island.

Jesus. I am afraid to watch.

We (the nation of Ireland) are the biggest consumers of breakfast cereal in the world and 43% of our diet is from processed foods. Ok, not in our house but in a general study that was done recently. These numbers are very disturbing.

Educate yourself here on Suzanne Campbell’s blog Basketcase and tune in  to watch this foodiementary on RTE ONE television 9.30pm this Sunday May 8th.

Have a great weekend!

For those of you that would love to read the latest issue of the Galway Now magazine but cannot get your hands on a copy, I pulled out the FOUR MOST IMPORTANT pages for you to gloss over when you have time. No hurry at all.

Happy hump day (what’s left of it!)
